death feeds life
You can be disturbed by sudden and unexplainable loss -
A loss of a loved one, a loss of a home, a loss of a job, a loss of a way of life
And you can choose to surrender to the greater wisdom that is here for you in this loss.
What if this death- is actually working in service to your life?
What if what you are losing is making space for something aligned and True for you to unfold?
It’s so easy to demonize Death.
See it as this horrible thing that just takes things away from you.
It can also be so easy to match the energy of what’s dying- and therefore, feel like life is no longer worth living.
It’s okay to notice yourself doing these things.
It’s a part of the process.
And I continue to find again and again... that Death is always in service to me and my Truth in the long run.
Even if I hate and resist it at the time.
Death and Life are inextricably woven.
Loss is a profound part of the human experience.
Honoring loss- instead of shying away from it or demonizing it- allows you to tune into the power that is born from losing and allowing yourself to experience loss.
There is actually so much fertility, possibility, depth
That is possible when you allow yourself to lose -
And grieve -
And live.
If you aren’t willing to lose- you will end up holding onto things that are no longer serving you, and it will stifle your life force.
Death is meant to feed Life.
They are of each other.
